Hola mis deportistas favoritos de hive y en especial de la comunidad FullDeportes. Hoy les muestro parte de mis rutinas de bailoterapia del día jueves, es un pequeño resumen de la intensidad que entrenamos todos los días en el grupo de bailoterapia "Salud, Belleza y Alegría".

Nuestro entrenador @navarretejr, antes y después de cada entrenamiento nos da instrucciones para realizar calentamiento (antes) y estiramientos (después) de todo el cuerpo, para no sufrir lesiones en nuestros entrenamientos. De él he aprendido mucho al respecto.

Our week is distributed as follows:
- Monday: low to medium intensity body and rhythmic movements, recreational games (full body).
- Tuesday: Functional with implements (broomstick) from medium to high intensity and yoga (arms and legs).
- Wednesday: Low to medium intensity body movements (arms and legs).
- Thursday: Functional with implements (broomstick) from medium to high intensity, circuits, recreational games and yoga (full body).
- Friday: Rhythmic movements of low to medium intensity full body and recreational games.
El día jueves, estuvo muy movida la bailoterapia, fue 1 hora y 30 minutos de intensidad y disfrute, ya que trabajamos con los instrumentos, uno de ellos es el palo de escoba y de la cual les voy a mostrar un resumen de esa rutina, aunque todos los ejercicios, mi hija no me los grabó, pero no puedo ser exigente con ella, creo que para su edad de 9 años, ya está desarrollando buen hábito para grabar vídeos, los ángulos de los mismos los hizo ellas, los considero así, la felicité, ya que los vídeos se ven bien.

On Thursday, the dance therapy was very busy, it was 1 hour and 30 minutes of intensity and enjoyment, as we worked with the instruments, one of them is the broomstick and of which I will show you a summary of that routine, although all the exercises, my daughter did not record them, but I can not be picky with her, I think for her age of 9 years, she is already developing a good habit to record videos, the angles of them were made by them, I consider them so, I congratulated her, as the videos look good.

Working with the broomstick instrument is exhausting, many believe that it is a piece of cake, but I invite you to join the training and then you will run away hahaha, it is half an hour of intensity, each individual exercise consists of doing sets of 20 by 2 repetitions; the exercises where both extremities are used, either lower or upper and combined (upper and lower extremities); a series of 20 by 2 repetitions are performed for both sides; the endurance and retention exercises are performed in one minute; all participants do it at our own pace, that's the idea.
Por cada serie, se da un tiempo de descanso de 20 segundos, para recuperarse. Y por cada sección de ejercicios se da un descanso de 40 segundos a 1 minuto, todo depende de la intensidad, aunque hay veces que el entrenador está en modo Play y seguimos varios ejercicios seguidos. Siempre nuestro entrenador, trata en lo posible de hacernos divertir, mientras nos ejercitamos, culminamos este bloque de 30 minutos con una actividad recreativa que la verán finalizando el vídeo, es un juego colectivo para integrar a todos los participantes. Esto es todo por hoy, espero pronto mostrarle los otros dos bloques que estuvieron buenísimo, circuitos y los juegos recreativos.

For each set, a rest time of 20 seconds is given to recover. Our trainer always tries as much as possible to make us have fun while we exercise, we culminate this block of 30 minutes with a recreational activity that you will see at the end of the video, it is a collective game to integrate all participants.
