Community, I am ramsses and next I will bring you a routine to master the plank with fingers or just 2 fingers, this routine is very risky and difficult to do, we must have a good base and enough strength in the fingers, although with this routine we will strengthen them more.
Como vemos en esta rutina tenemos ejercicios que se realizan utilizando solo los dedos como tambien tenemos el primer ejercicio que es con solo 2 dedos, en este ejercicio debemos tener cuidado ya que es el mas arriesgado y podemos lessionar nuestros dedos, como ya les dije esta rutina es para personas avanzadas y con mucha fuerza.
As we see in this routine we have exercises that are performed using only the fingers as we also have the first exercise that is with only 2 fingers, in this exercise we must be careful since it is the most risky and we can injure our fingers, as I already told you this routine is for advanced people and with a lot of strength.
