Rutina de Aductores 💪🔥 || Adductor Routine 💪🔥 [Esp-Eng]

Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes hoy quiero traerles una rutina ideal para trabajar aductores, en lo personal TODA la vida he sufrido con esta area, por supuesto el sobrepeso tiene mucho que ver, pero desde siempre he sido de piernas gruesas, así que toca trabajar mucho esta área ya que no es nada agradable que te rose jeje

Hoy led traigo estos ejercicios que sin duda harán que se trabaje dicha área!! por supuesto si queremos que disminuya el ejercicio NUNCA será suficiente, debe existir el déficit calórico y es ahí dónde el 90% fallamos, pero siempre se puede corregir así que toca 💪💪 pero en el camino vamos haciendo el 20% que nos da el ejercicio 😜😜 espero que les guste la rutina 💪💪

Deben hacer mínimo 3 rondas, descansando 2 minutos entre cada una.
