Saludos amigos🥰 de nuevo por acá y esta vez les muestro mi entrenamiento, como les comentaba hace dias vengo de unos 15 dias inactiva por cuestiones de salud, asi que aqui vamos poco a poco retomando la intensidad.

Greetings friends🥰 back here and this time I show you my workout, as I said days ago I come from about 15 days inactive for health reasons, so here we go slowly resuming the intensity.

En esta oportunidad les muestro esta rutina Tabata en la que solo necesitaran el palo de su escoba y por supuesto la mejor actitud😋

In this opportunity I show you this Tabata routine in which you will only need your broomstick and of course the best attitude😋.

Como saben realizaremos 8 ejercicios en un total de 4 minutos, realizando 20 segundos de ejecusion y 10 de descanso entre cada ejercicio!! Para mi esta siempre sera una de las mejores formas de entrenar cuando de poco tiempo se trate!!

As you know we will perform 8 exercises in a total of 4 minutes, performing 20 seconds of execution and 10 seconds of rest between each exercise!!! For me this will always be one of the best ways to train when time is short!!!

Como siempre no olviden el calentamiento previo y la buena hidratacion pre y post rutina!!
