Lunes de Cuerpo Completo🔥🔥 [esp-eng]

Ante unos dias de muchisimo estres, es cuando mas agradece mi cuerpo estas rutinas. Asi que sin mucho que decir les comparto por aca esta rutina full body, desde casa como siempre☺️

Pueden usar mancuernas, botellas, un bolso, lo que sea, que no sea una excusa. Pero no olviden calentar antes y estirar despues💪

Faced with some very stressful days, is when my body is most grateful for these routines. So without much to say I share here this full body routine, from home as always☺️

You can use dumbbells, bottles, a bag, whatever, that's not an excuse. But don't forget to warm up before and stretch after💪.
