Rutina para la Zona Media🔥🔥 || Middle Zone Routine🔥🔥

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz casi sábado, espero que esten disfrutando de su semana santa, por aca genial gracias a Dios, sin embargo nunca he dejado de entrenar, es justo y necesario, el cuerpo no sabe de dias como les dije en el post anterior, ademas con los excesos que he tenido estos dias aca casa de mis padres no me viene nada mal quemas algunas calorias en el entrenamiento jeje

En esta ocasión les dejo una rutina para fortalecer la zona media que sin duda les encantará, por supuesto a mitad del video tuve mi mini coach jeje y yo feliz de que quiera acompañarme, espero que ustedes se animen tambien y disfruten la rutina💪
