Rutina de Cuerpo Completo💪🔥🔥 || Full Body Routine💪🔥🔥

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz viernes, inicio de fin de semana, espero que se hayan cumplido todos los dias, y mas importante todavia, que cuiden la alimentacion este fin de semana para no dañar lo trabajado de lunes a viernes 💪💪 en mi caso toca cuidarse 200% porque ando en esos dias pre menstruales y el antojo de uns torta enorme de chocolate no es normal 😂😂😂 asi que a portarse bien.

Hoy les comparto una rutina ideal para finalizar la semana, trabajando el cuerpo completo!! Por supuesto no olviden calentar muy bien antes, en mi caso lo hice con 25 burpees, que creanme es mas que suficiente jeje, realicé 4 rondas en total, tu si estas en nivel basico, con 2 esta bien 💪💪 lo importante es arrancar!!
