Feliz martes amigos, hoy led comparto este tabata ya que mi internet me dejó😂 subir videos es todo un tema, pero acá estamos!!
Hoy tabata de piernas, confieso que sentia que me moria desde el primero jaja sin embargo lo hice 3 veces descansando 2 minutos entre cada ronda.
Estuvo rudisimo, pero aqui vamos, buscando mejorar esa resistencia, recuerden que el tabata son 4 minutos que se dividen en 20 segundos de ejecusion de cada ejercicio y 10 de descanso, asi que A DARLEEE🔥🔥🔥

Today tabata of legs, I confess that I felt that I was dying from the first one haha however I did it 3 times resting 2 minutes between each round.
It was really hard, but here we go, looking to improve that resistance, remember that the tabata is 4 minutes that are divided into 20 seconds of execution of each exercise and 10 seconds of rest, so A DARLEEE🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
