Rutina intensa de Cardio🔥🔥 || Intense Cardio🔥🔥 routine. [Esp-Eng]

Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz martes, espero hayan pasado una linda navidad!! Ppr aca todo genial, con MUCHOS EXCESOS jaja pero se entrenó hasta el viernes y hoy martes volvemos a ponernos las pilas 💪 por supuesto con un rutina no vamos a bajar todos los excesos jeje pero ahi vamos restando calorias😜

En esta ocasion les dejo una rutina de cardio, que sin duda nos hará trabajar el cuerpo completo!! Pueden hacer desde 3 a 5 rondas descansando un par de minutos entre cada ronda, por supuesto deben calentar un poco antes de empezar, en mi caso no lo grabé pero realicé 15 burpees que son mas que suficientes para poner mis pulsaciones a mil, y es ideal para iniciar esta rutina de cardio, que espero se animen a hacer💪💪

You can do from 3 to 5 rounds resting a couple of minutes between each round, of course you should warm up a little before starting, in my case I did not record it but I did 15 burpees which are more than enough to put my heart rate to a thousand, and it is ideal to start this cardio routine, which I hope you are encouraged to do💪💪
