Rutina de Tren Superior 💪💪🔥 || Upper Body Routine 💪💪🔥 [Esp-Eng]

Que tal amigos de @fulldeportes feliz jueves para todos💗💗 por aca seguimos activos y esta vez les quiero compartir una rutina super completa y explosiva para tren superior 💪

What's up @fulldeportes friends happy thursday to all💗💗 here we are still active and this time I want to share a super complete and explosive routine for upper body 💪.

Trabajar tren superior como siempre he dicho, es tan importante como el inferior, a pesar que no es mi fuerte, me falta mucho que mejorar y fortalecer, no le huyo a los entrenamientos, al contrario, debo trabajarlos aun mas, asi que esa es la meta!!

Working upper body as I have always said, is as important as the lower, although it is not my forte, I still have a lot to improve and strengthen, I do not run away from the workouts, on the contrary, I must work them even more, so that is the goal!!!

Hoy les traigo varios movimientos, unos mas dificiles que otros pero nada que con practica y una buena actitud no se pueda hacer💪💪 pueden hacer desde 2 rondas el nivel basico-intermedio hasta 4 rondas los mas avanzados!! Pueden descansar 2 minutos entre cada ronda!! Y por supuesto no olviden calentar antes y estirar despues del entrenamiento🔥 espero que se animen a hacer la rutina!!

Today I bring you several movements, some more difficult than others but nothing that with practice and a good attitude can not be done💪💪 can do from 2 rounds the basic-intermediate level to 4 rounds the most advanced!!!
