Rutina de Core💪🔥 || Core💪🔥 Routine [Esp-Eng]

Hola hola amigos de @fulldeported como van por aca?? Que tal estuvo su semana?? La mia BASTANTE movida, terminando de comprar cosas para que mis niños tengan la mejor navidad🙏🙏🙏 pero a pesar de que he salido muy temprano de casa los ultimos dias, no he dejado de cumplir mi 20% de ejercicios, me ha tocado entrenar de noche y aunque mi energia no es la misma, lo hago porque es la disciplina por sobre todas las cosas!!

Hoy viernes les quiero compartir estos movimientos para foetalecer nuestro Core, en el video estan las repeticiones!! Realizaremos de 4 a 5 rondas, descansando 2 minutos entre cada una!! Recuerden que es miy importante mantener el abdomen contraido en todo momento! ! Espero que se animen a hacerla y les guste 💪💪
