Hello wonderful people. Greetings to all musicians , lovers of good music and all you wonderful people of the Hive Open Mic community. I hope this post meets you in good health and high spirits. This is Stefanovah and I'm here once again for our weekly open mic.... I wanna say thanks for the honour and show of love in week 190 and for this week 191 @alex-rourke has chosen for us the theme Beautiful Pets and it is indeed a beautiful theme.

I wanna say I really like the system of having different themes each week chosen by different members as it brings variety which as they say is the spice of life. It also takes us out of our comfort zones as musicians and causes many of us to think outside the box to think of songs relating to the theme despite it being a pressure free invitation.... I thought on this topic and had a flashback memory of being teased by my siblings about being mum's pet. While some of us have beautiful animal companions that many have made wonderful entries about this week, I'm going to be singing about the beautiful feeling of being someone's pet, someone's favourite and being treated special. I hope I don't offend with this my interpretation of the theme.

So this song simply talks about a personal beautiful experience with God that causes one to love him in gratitude. There's a line in it that says "I'm the apple of his eyes, the thought that fills his heart". I can really relate cos the way God loves me always makes me feel super special like I'm his favourite in the world.... Anyway, it was great doing a cover in which I just sang from my heart once again and I'm glad to be able to share it with you. I hope you like this cover.

Hola gente maravillosa. Saludos a todos los músicos, amantes de la buena música y a toda la gente maravillosa de la comunidad Hive Open Mic. Espero que este post te encuentre con buena salud y buen humor. Soy Stefanovah y estoy aquí una vez más para nuestro micrófono abierto semanal... Quiero agradecer por el honor y la muestra de amor en la semana 190 y para esta semana 191 @alex-rourke ha elegido para nosotros el tema Beautiful Pets. y realmente es un hermoso tema.

Quiero decir que realmente me gusta el sistema de tener diferentes temas cada semana elegidos por diferentes miembros, ya que aporta variedad, que como dicen es la sal de la vida. También nos saca de nuestra zona de confort como músicos y hace que muchos de nosotros pensemos fuera de lo común y pensemos en canciones relacionadas con el tema a pesar de ser una invitación sin presión... Pensé en este tema y tuve un recuerdo retrospectivo. de que mis hermanos se burlaran de mí por ser la mascota de mamá. Si bien algunos de nosotros tenemos hermosos compañeros animales sobre los cuales muchos han hecho maravillosas entradas esta semana, voy a cantar sobre la hermosa sensación de ser la mascota de alguien, el favorito de alguien y ser tratado de manera especial. Espero no ofender con esta mi interpretación del tema.

Así que esta canción simplemente habla de una hermosa experiencia personal con Dios que hace que uno lo ame con gratitud. Hay una línea que dice "Soy la manzana de sus ojos, el pensamiento que llena su corazón". Realmente puedo identificarme porque la forma en que Dios me ama siempre me hace sentir súper especial, como si fuera su favorito en el mundo... De todos modos, fue genial hacer un cover en el que canté desde mi corazón una vez más y Me alegro de poder compartirlo contigo. Espero que les guste esta portada.
