Hello, community, I am very happy to be able to participate this week in the festival and to be able to share with you the sound of my accordion, my favorite musical instrument. Last week I tried to participate, plus np lp lpgré because I couldn't upload my video to 3Speak. This week I think I'll make it: I'm at the house of a dear friend, Mrs. Carlina Masabé, grandmother of @eduardmartinez. 3Speak does run on your PC. It's 2:23 p.m., and it's going for 32.49%. I have to leave at 3:30- If I can post before then I'll be safe.
The melody that I bring to you is "Julia", which was popularized in the 70's by the Gran Combo of Puerto Rico. The lyrics place us in the life of a singer who is abandoned by a beautiful black-haired woman named Julia and who finds singing as the only resource to forget her. What is somewhat contradictory is the fact that he sings to her. But... since they say that musicians are crazy... the question seems normal.
This time I only worked on the part that the vocalist sings, but I'm going to do a more complete work on this piece where I also interpret the melodic lines of the trumpets. It's a project that just occurred to me but I'm already working on it. Normally I take the oio song, transpose it from its original key to C Major or A minor, make the score for it and that's when I start practicing it. I already mentioned before that my accordion is one of the small ones and since it does not have the semitosnos (Sharps and flats - black keys) I must transpose everything to C Major or A minor.
Thank you very much for visiting my blog, listening to my presentation and reading my post. I hope this is a week full of good things for you and your family. God bless you,
