    Hola amigos☺️☺️ un gusto estar de regreso por aca, despues de unos dias indispuesta, saben lo que es tener niños en la escuela que pesquen esas gripes brutales? Bueno me pasa! Jaja mi hijo pescó una de esas gripes fuertes y logico todos nos contagiamos!! Fue una tos muy fuerte y logico estaba sin energias, sin embargo hoy me siento muchisimo mejor, asi que no dudé en ponerme a entrenar💪 y les comparto acá la rutina!

    Hello friends☺️☺️ nice to be back here, after a few days indisposed, you know what it's like to have kids at school catching those brutal flus? Well it happens to me! Haha my son caught one of those bad flus and of course we all got it! It was a very strong cough and logically I was out of energy, however today I feel much better, so I did not hesitate to start training💪 and I share here the routine!



    Para poner un poco mas de intensidad usé 2 botellas llenas de agua, a falta de mancuernas, botellas con agua☺️ igual pueden llenarlas de tierra, lo importante es no dejarse ganar por las excusas.

    To put a little more intensity I used 2 bottles filled with water, in the absence of dumbbells, bottles with water☺️ you can also fill them with dirt, the important thing is not to be won over by excuses.



    Vamos a hacer 4 rondas, descansando 1 minuto entre cada una! Por supuesto calentando antes de iniciar y estirando al finalizar!

    Seguimos construyendo nuestra mejor version🔥 y no importa que tan rapido llegues a la meta, lo importante es NUNCA rendirte!! Al final los dias pasaran, y siempre habra una nueva oportunidad para intentarlo!! Estuve varios dias sin entrenar, de paso en dias menstruales, comí muy mal, pero aca estoy nuevamente, activa y es lo que me importa!!
