Hoy les vengo a traer una rutina de abdomen conformada por cuatro ejercicios los cuales nos van a ayudar a tonificar y fortalecerlo, esta rutina es bastante fácil para aquellos que ya tienen una fuerza base en el abdomen pero para los que no les va a costar un poco de igual manera todo aquel que desea intentarla lo va a poder hacer ya que esta rutina no es tan pesada como otras que vendrán próximamente.
Today I come to bring you an abdominal routine made up of four exercises which will help us to tone and strengthen it, this routine is quite easy for those who already have a base strength in the abdomen but for those who do not it will cost them a little bit but equally everyone who wants to try it will be able to do it because this routine is not as heavy as others that will come soon.
