    Hola #Hive y compañeros de la Street Workout Community Espero se encuentren muy bien está hermosa mañana en la cual les vengo a compartir una rutina de plancha a nivel intermedio-avanzado la cuál se conforma de 4 ejercicios bastante efectivos para las progresiones de la plancha, afirmo la dificultad de la rutina sabiendo que está se conforma de flexiones parados de manos, aguante en tuck planche, lean planche y flexiones en pica, los cuales todos estos ejercicios nos ayudan a fortalecer lo anteriormente mencionado en el encabezado de esta parte textual, espero les guste.
    Hello #Hive and colleagues of the Street Workout Community I hope you are very well this beautiful morning in which I come to share a plank routine at intermediate-advanced level which consists of 4 quite effective exercises for the progressions of the plank, I affirm the difficulty of the routine knowing that it is made up of handstand pushups, hold in tuck planche, lean planche and pushups in pike, which all these exercises help us to strengthen the above mentioned in the heading of this textual part, I hope you like it.

    • Recordemos mantener los codos bloqueados y estirados a la hora de hacer sea la tuck planche, lean planche y flexiones parado de manos

    • Remember to keep your elbows locked and straight when doing the tuck planche, lean planche and handstand push-ups.

    • Ejercicios moldeables a su gusto lo cuál pueden modificar la rutina

    • Customizable exercises which can modify the routine
