    Hi people from Street Workout Community I'm @renji-sw. Today I bring you a tutorial on how to get pull-ups, I hope you like it!.

    ¿Que son las dominadas?
    ¿What are pull-ups?
    Se denomina dominada a un ejercicio de calistenia cuya ejecución consiste en levantar el cuerpo mientras este pende de una barra de dominadas. Los principales músculos implicados en el movimiento son: músculo dorsal ancho, braquial, braquiorradial, bíceps braquial, redondo mayor, deltoides posterior, infraespinoso, redondo menor, trapecio, pectoral, romboides y porción larga del tríceps.
    A calisthenics exercise whose execution consists of lifting the body while it hangs from a pull-up bar is called a pull-up. The main muscles involved in the movement are: latissimus dorsi, brachialis, brachioradialis, biceps brachii, teres major, posterior deltoid, infraspinatus, teres minor, trapezius, pectoralis, rhomboids, and triceps long head.

    2 - Isometrico de dominada en la mitad desde negativa: 10 segundos, 4 series

    3 - Isometrico de dominada arriba: 20 segundos, 4 series

    4 - Negativas de dominadas: 3 repeticiones, 4 series
    1- Short pull-ups: 5 reps, 3 sets

    2 - Isometric pull-up in the middle from negative: 10 seconds, 4 sets

    3 - Isometric pull-up above: 20 seconds, 4 sets

    4 - Negative pull-ups: 3 reps, 4 sets
