    Hola gente de Street Workout Community Soy @jesusaguilarvz. Hoy les traigo un programa sacado de calistenia app, es un App muy reconocido yo tengo la version paga y aprovecho para inciar este programa ya que quiero mejorar el aspecto de mis piernas, y para aquellas personas que quieran empezarlo pueden hacerlo conmigo, alli les dejo el video y la rutina y el estado actual de mis pierna tengo un nivel muy principiante y el programa empieza de una forma muy sencilla.

Today I bring you a program taken from calisthenics app, it is a well-known App I have the paid version and I take the opportunity to start this program since I want to improve the appearance of my legs, and for those people who want to start it they can do it with me, there I leave the video and the routine and the current state of my legs I have a very beginner level and the program starts in a very simple way

    Programa destinado el entrenamiento de glúteos, piernas y abdominales, apto para principiante, en el que iras progresando hasta un nivel avanzado, Esculpe tu cuerpo tal y como deseas y consigue una estetica espectacular, Tiempo de descanso reromendados: Cortos - medios (entre 30" y 1:30"). Revisa las primeras fases y empieza por la que consideres adecuada a tu nivel. Recuerda tener en cuneta la dieta para unos resultados optimos. Tu objetivo sera completar las rutinas principales , y si te resulta dificil o te sinetes estancado, usar las de refuerzo para ayudarte, recominedo hacer este programa 2 o 3 veces por semana.
