@jesusaguilarvz Here's a short post but with a lot of information in the video, it's a very good exercise, it's practically my favorite, I'm always including it in my routines, but it's an exercise that has helped me achieve the One Arm Handstand and continue to improve his push, gain resistance in the shoulder unilaterally and have that strength to not get tired.

The push-ups in pika, is the exercise that I recommend to go strengthening the shoulder for the one arm handstand, and even so that once you have it, you can perfect the technique and continue advancing in this element, it is very practical, since just as we are going gaining strength, we are going to balance the arms in case strength is needed in any of them.
