On this day I bring you some exercises to work the Posture of our back in the Pilates Studio. We are going to work sitting on the stretcher with the help of ropes supported by pulleys.
The important thing in these exercises is to keep your back straight to improve our posture in Daily Life.
En este día les traigo unos ejercicios para trabajar la Postura de nuestra espalda en el Estudio de Pilates. Vamos a trabajar sentados en la camilla con la ayuda de las soguitas sostenidas con unas poleas.
Lo importante en estos ejercicios es mantener la espalda derecha para mejorar nuestra postura en la Vida Cotidiana.
Pilates es una disciplina en donde uno de los objetivos fundamentales es trabajar sobre la consciencia corporal, y con ello viene la Postura.
Estamos en una época tecnológica en la que nos tiene sentados frente a una computadora 8 horas por día y nuestros músculos comienzan a atrofiarse y comenzamos a encorvarnos lentamente hacia adelante. Es por ello que hay que combatirlo con ejercicios, y en Pilates trabajamos primordialmente sobre este fundamento.
Pilates is a discipline where one of the fundamental objectives is to work on body awareness, and with it comes the Posture.
We are in a technological age where we are sitting in front of a computer 8 hours a day and our muscles start to atrophy and we start to slowly slouch forward. That is why you have to fight it with exercises, and in Pilates we work primarily on this foundation.

Y luego al finalizar nuestro entrenamiento debemos realizar una parte de elongación para relajar nuestros músculos y que vuelvan a su estado de reposo. Ayudando también a alivianar contracturas y nudos en nuestros músculos. Además es importante volver a nuestra Frecuencia Cardíaca en Reposo al igual que reponer fluidos tomando agua para rehidratarnos, sobretodo en climas calurosos en donde transpiramos mucho.
And then at the end of our training we must perform a stretching part to relax our muscles and return them to their resting state. Also helping to alleviate contractures and knots in our muscles. It is also important to return to our Resting Heart Rate as well as replenish fluids by drinking water to rehydrate, especially in hot climates where we perspire a lot.
