    Feliz día para mis amigos de @fulldeportes, hoy con la energía del Mundial de Fútbol de Qatar que está por el techo y por eso les dejo una de mis rutinas favoritas en formato de AMRAP que es un formato del Crossfit, ya les he compartido otras rutinas y está la hice con full intensidad, porque son 20 minutos ya programados con estos ejercicios y que está diseñado para hacerlo cuando estás atareado, si eres padre o si tienes que salir a hacer alguna diligencia, porque simplemente ya sabes cuánto vas a durar entrenando y eso en todo momento es una ventaja 😁💪

    Como hacer un AMRAP? Es super simple, tienes 20 minutos disponibles para repetir todas las rondas posibles dentro de los 20 minutos, el tiempo que tomará de descanso entre ronda y ronda es de 1 minuto máximo, es decir, puedes descansar 30 segundos y volver a darle para repetir la ronda nuevamente y lleva tu cuenta de cuantas rondas haces, para tu record personal y cuando lo repitas, la misión es mínimo hacer una ronda más que el Amrap pasado y esa es la clave para hacer la magia de progresar que es el objetivo principal de todo entrenamiento, el progreso, no la perfección, así que vamos a darle con todo al 100%💪🔥

    How to do an AMRAP?     Importante para hacer un AMRAP, la disposición mental que debes tener debe enfocarse en hacer tu mejor esfuerzo en cada ejercicio, ponerle intensidad , pero TU intensidad, no te compares con nadie, porque si tu entrenas, el progreso de tu entrenamiento solo se va a reflejar en tu cuerpo y no en el de otra persona, lo digo porque lo he visto en personas que creen que entrenar es un tema de romper un record de velocidad o de quien tiene mayor fuerza y no va por ahí la cosa, va de que te propongas terminar lo que comenzaste, todos pueden iniciar un AMRAP pero pocos terminarla como se debe, así que no importa si haces una sola ronda, es tu record personal 😁 así que el NO PUEDO, NO EXISTE a darle con todo con este AMRAP 🔥💪🔥
