    Luego de varias semanas sin aparecer en esta Comunidad, les traigo un ejercicio llamado VELA, que si hicieron Yoga o Gimnasia Deportiva seguro lo conocerán. Trabajaremos nuestra Zona Media, Tren Inferior y la Consciencia Corporal🤘

    After several weeks without appearing in this Community, I bring you an exercise called SAILING, which if you did Yoga or Sports Gymnastics you will surely know. We will work on our Middle Zone, Lower Train and Body Awareness🤘

    EJERCICIOS | EXCERCISES

    Son 3 Variantes de la VELA; aunque el segundo y tercero no son específicamente, pero sí son relajantes para la columna vertebral ya que masajea la zona dorsal de nuestro cuerpo. Es importante que activemos la ZONA MEDIA para evitar dolor en la zona lumbar. En Pilates los realizamos cuando hubo un trabajo intenso previo, al final de la Clase.

    There are 3 Variants of the CANDLE; Although the second and third are not specifically, they are relaxing for the spine since they massage the dorsal area of our body. It is important that we activate the MIDDLE AREA to avoid pain in the lumbar area. In Pilates we do them when there was intense previous work, at the end of the Class.

    Debo decir que es la primera vez que me veo haciendo una VELA, y he podido observar que no me sale del todo bien, debería practicarla mas para mejorar y además fortalecer mas la Zona Media y la Consciencia Corporal. Por supuesto que al corregir el ejercicio a mis alumnos y alumnas puedo notarlo con mayor facilidad. Pero así es el mundo Fitness! No me considero el mejor ni mucho menos, pero por eso es TAN importante que alguien corrija a compañeros, colegas y alumnos/as!

    I must say that it is the first time that I see myself doing a CANDLE, and I have been able to observe that it does not turn out well at all, I should practice it more to improve and also strengthen the Middle Zone and Body Awareness. Of course, by correcting the exercise to my students I can notice it more easily. But that's the Fitness world! I don't consider myself the best by any means, but that is why it is SO important that someone correct classmates, colleagues and students!
