    Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community Muy buenas amigos de hive, he visto que a muchas personas estan comenzando a entrenar su plancha y les cuesta un poco lo de las press entonces hoy queria subir estos ejercicios que les pueden ayudar mucho a conseguir esa press correcta.
    Hello to all friends of Street Workout Community I have seen that a lot of people are starting to train their plank and are having a hard time with the presses, so today I wanted to upload these exercises that can help them a lot to get that correct press.

    Common failures
    Algunos de los errores que suelen cometer algunas personas seria que el codo se desbloquea al momento de subir la press, eso es completamente normal y sucede cuando no tienes fuerza en alguna parte del movimiento, puede ser desde el hombro, biceps, triceps o hasta los antebrazos, otro error normal seria el usar la lumbar ya que es mucho mas difícil hacer una press a solo fuerza de hombro y subir completamente recta la press a curvearte con la fuerza del lumbar para llegar primero las piernas y luego los hombros, el ultimo error que veo muy común es no llegar completamente a la parada de mano o no bajar lo suficiente para estar en la posición de plancha lo cual es normal, solo es por falta de fuerza.
    Some of the mistakes that some people tend to make would be that the elbow is unlocked when going up the press, this is completely normal and happens when you do not have strength in any part of the movement, it can be from the shoulder, biceps, triceps or even the forearms, Another normal mistake would be to use the lumbar as it is much more difficult to do a press with only shoulder strength and go completely straight up the press to curve with the strength of the lumbar to reach first the legs and then the shoulders, the last mistake that I see very common is not completely reach the handstand or not lower enough to be in the plank position which is normal, it is only due to lack of strength.
