    Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community El dia de hoy toca ejercicios abdominales para marcar esa v que tantos quieren, tratare de que los ejercicio sean mayormente enfocado a esa zona, como aislarlos por asi decirlo aunque es cumplicado, no es imposible.

    Para el primer ejercicio abdominal haremos una elevacion de pierna con la diferencia de que la moveremos de un lado a otro, de esta forma estaremos activando los musculos de la v y reforzando nuestro abdomen, si quieren pueden usar las manos o un cojín en la parte de abajo de la lumbar para que no se lastimen.
    For the first abdominal exercise we will do a leg lift with the difference that we will move it from one side to the other, in this way we will be activating the muscles of the v and strengthening our abdomen, if you want you can use your hands or a cushion at the bottom of the lumbar so you do not get hurt.

    el oblicuo tiene función de rotar el torso pero tambien de resistir el movimiento de la rotacion, asi que este ejercicio se basa en tener una resistencia que seria la banda o en el gym una poleta y evitar que el torso se gire, si quieren ponerle mas dificultad pueden mover los brazos.

    En este ejercicio buscaremos simular que andamos en una bicicleta en el suelo o seguir un brazo con la otra pierna, aqui haremos una gran activacion ademas de que trabajaremos cardiobascularmente.

    Como dice el ejercicio aqui nos encargaremos de hacer un giro de un lado a otro, aunque no estoy a favor de este tipo de ejercicios ya que cae carga en la lumbar lo recomiendo debido a que si trabajar la zona ya mencionada que es la v.
