Amigos de Street Workout Community El dia de hoy me toco entrenar pierna en mi casa ya que entreno pierna tres veces por semana, una semana la entreno con peso corporal y la otra con peso, el dia de hoy me concentre en los cuadriceps asi que todos los ejercicios estan enfocados a esta zona.
