    Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community ultimamente me han estado ayudando un poco en mis entrenamientos para mejorar aun mas ya que tengo que mejorar en algunas cosas en las que no soy tan bueno, asi que quedense y les explicare una forma de entrenar que estoy probando.

    Como funciona?
    How does it work?
    Este tipo de entrenamiento es como un circuito en el cual haremos de 4 a 5 ejercicios, hay rutina que tiene hasta 8 ejercicio, el objetivo es alcanzar una cantidad total de repeticiones, en este caso es solo un ejemplo hicimos 10 sentadillas, 10 sentadillas con salto. 10 rebotes, 10 lounge y 10 paracaidas que en total darian 50 repeticiones ya que quise hacerlo leve pero hay rutinas que llegan a 160 repeticiones y literalmente te dejan liquidado y por esa razón se entrenan de 1 a 2 veces por semana, por la intensidad de este, este tipo de rutina a demas de darme fuerza me ayudara a mi resistencia en los trucos debido a que yo no tengo mucha resistencia en cardo y tambien que me estimula mejor muscularmente debido a que no estoy para nada acostumbrado a este tipo de ejercicio por lo cual me causa un mayor bombeo y por eso debo aprovechar al maximo antes de que mi cuerpo se acostumbre.
    This type of training is like a circuit in which we will do 4 to 5 exercises, there are routines that have up to 8 exercises, the goal is to reach a total amount of repetitions, in this case is just an example we did 10 squats, 10 squats with jump, 10 bounces, 10 lounge and 10 parachutes. 10 bounces, 10 lounge and 10 parachutes that in total would give 50 repetitions since I wanted to make it light but there are routines that reach 160 repetitions and literally leave you liquidated and for that reason they are trained 1 to 2 times per week, by the intensity of this, this type of routine besides giving me strength will help me to my resistance in the tricks because I do not have much resistance in cardo and also that stimulates me better muscularly because I am not at all accustomed to this type of exercise so it causes me a greater pumping and that's why I must take full advantage before my body gets used to it.
