Sábado de Luto [ESP| ENG]

Los sábados no son un día en que acostumbre entrenar, pero si me salto un día de la semana del entrenamiento, entonces toca recuperarlo durante el fin de semana. Sigo bastante triste por lo de Akira, pero no podemos permitirnos parar. La vida es una función continua.

En este video continuo mi entrenamiento de 7x7, esta vez con pull ups. Esta es mi última semana, luego pienso iterar los tiempos de descanso.

No faltaron las risas en el video, tampoco la gente que siempre se atraviesa. Gracias (@Valecillos) por grabar los 7 videos y estar pendiente de los cortes. Espero que estés disfrutando de estos entrenamientos.

Saturdays are not a day I usually train, but if I skip a day of the week of training, then I have to make it up over the weekend. I'm still pretty sad about Akira, but we can't afford to stop. Life is a continuous function.
