¿Quién demonios le pone como nombre a una rutina “El set de juicio final”? Parece ser que la idea de humor para los rusos es un tanto diferente a la nuestra. El día de ayer realicé por segunda vez esta rutina. Con un resultado bastante mediocre, la verdad, la primera vez tuve un mejor tiempo. Pero la molestia del codo me limita, y no sé donde demonios está mi codera, llevo días buscándola, pero parece que hubiera desaparecido… Anyway, como dicen, el salao no tiene día libre. Resulta que a media rutina la congestión en bíceps se hizo notar, a tal punto que era inviable continuar con el vendaje.

Como sea, pienso volver a esto el mes que viene, a ver si mejoro un poco y por fin puedo realizarla como dios manda, en un tiempo límite de 15 minutos. Chanfle, Me tardé 20. Subo este video porque me agrada el paisaje, y sé que a ustedes también les encanta. Igualmente, estoy subiendo de peso, me pregunto si también pueden notarlo. En fin, las cosas parecen ir mejorando para mí. No debería tomarme a mi exnovia tan en serio. 😓

Who the hell names a routine "The Doomsday Set"? It seems that the Russians' idea of humor is somewhat different than ours. Yesterday I performed this routine for the second time. With a rather mediocre result, to be honest, the first time I had a better time. But the elbow discomfort limits me, and I don't know where the hell is my elbow pad, I've been looking for it for days, but it seems to have disappeared... Anyway, as they say, there are always worries. Halfway through the routine the biceps congestion became noticeable, to the point that it was unfeasible to continue with the bandage.

Anyway, I plan to return to this next month, to see if I improve a little and finally I can perform it as God intended, in a time limit of 15 minutes. Hell, it took me 20. Anyway, I'm gaining weight, I wonder if you can notice it too. Anyway, things seem to be looking up for me. I shouldn't take my ex-girlfriend so seriously. 😓
