    Esta rutina de entrenamiento es excelente para fortalecer el abdomen, esta serie de ejercicios, est谩 orientada en fortalecer, definir y quemar la grasa de los m煤sculos de la zona abdominal.

    Esta rutina es s煤per completa est谩 compuesta por la ejecuci贸n de una serie de ejercicios, donde trabajamos con nuestro propio peso corporal y donde hacemos un excelente entrenamiento en las barras fijas, donde ejecut贸 dos tipos de rutinas una para principiantes y otra intermedia, entre los que podemos mencionar: Aleteo con piernas, elevaciones de rodillas, elevaciones de piernas, y L-sit tanto en principiante desde el suelo como intermedio desde las barras.
