Hola a todos. Este viernes tuve la maravillosa experiencia de asistir a mi primer encuentro entre Hivers, y les quiero contar cómo me fue.

Todo comenzó cuando mi hija @rosamariapegadoo me invitó a una reunión de Hivers que se realizaría en El Tigre, organizada por su mejor amiga, la también hiver @lunaticanto. La idea me pareció genial, acepté de inmediato.

Hello everyone. This Friday I had the wonderful experience of attending my first meeting between Hivers, and I want to tell you how it went.

It all started when my daughter @rosamariapegadoo invited me to a Hivers meeting that would take place in El Tigre, organized by her best friend, also a hiver @lunaticanto. The idea seemed great to me, I accepted immediately.

La velada se planificó a las 5 de la tarde en un nuevo restaurante de la ciudad llamado Altamira Restobar… yo no lo conocía. Me llamó mucho la atención la decoración, sobre todo el ambiente exterior con muebles elaborados con material de desecho, específicamente tambores de petróleo, y como muchos ya saben, yo amo el reciclaje y las manualidades hechas con este material.

The evening was planned at 5 pm in a new restaurant in the city called Altamira Restobar… I didn't know it. The decoration caught my attention, especially the outdoor environment with furniture made from waste material, specifically oil drums, and as many already know, I love recycling and crafts made with this material.

La decoración interior también un espectáculo, un espacio bastante acogedor con ambiente musical y buena atención. Una de las cosas que más me gustó fue el mensaje destacado en una de las paredes del lugar y del que hago énfasis con frecuencia en medio de este aceleramiento mundial que vivimos y que nos aparta muchísimo del sentimiento más puro, el amor.

The interior decoration is also a show, a quite cozy space with a musical atmosphere and good service. One of the things that I liked the most was the prominent message on one of the walls of the place and which I frequently emphasize in the midst of this global acceleration that we live in and that separates us a lot from the purest feeling, love.

Y así comenzaron a llegar los demás hivers, y la velada se fue poniendo más alegre y nutritiva.

Compartimos muchas cosas acerca de Hive; ideas, sugerencias, dudas, anécdotas divertidas, conocimientos de los que llevan muchos años conviviendo en La Colmena hacia los que tenemos menos tiempo allí, pero sin duda, se hizo presente el gran amor hacia Hive como parte esencial en nuestras vidas. También conversamos de cosas cotidianas de la ciudad ya que ocupamos el mismo sitio no virtual, por decirlo de alguna manera.

Algunos nos conocíamos ya, otros no, y fue placentero poder saber quién estaba detrás de algunos seudónimos tan especiales, como el mío, por ejemplo, jajaja. Ya tenía el placer de conocer a @rosamariapegadoo, @lunaticanto, y @josegreh… y esa noche tuve el placer de conocer a otros Hivers muy simpáticos también como @yilse, @samgiseg, y @enrique. Algunos de los presentes con gran trayectoria en la blockchain.

And so the other hivers began to arrive, and the evening became more cheerful and nourishing.

We share many things about Hive; ideas, suggestions, doubts, funny anecdotes, knowledge of those who have been living in La Colmena for many years towards those of us who have less time there, but without a doubt, the great love for Hive was present as an essential part of our lives. We also talk about everyday things in the city since we occupy the same non-virtual place, so to speak.

Some of us already knew each other, others we didn't, and it was nice to be able to know who was behind some very special pseudonyms, like mine, for example, hahaha. I already had the pleasure of meeting @rosamariapegadoo, @lunaticanto, and @josegreh… and that night I had the pleasure of meeting other very nice Hivers too, like @yilse, @samgiseg, and @enrique. Some of those present with great experience in the blockchain.

La experiencia fue muy satisfactoria, y estuvo acompañada de buena bebida…

…música en vivo, que terminó de darle el toque especial al lugar. ¡¡Sinceramente lo recomiendo!! Ya tienen promoción, jajaja, y gratis.

Y teníamos que llevarnos la foto del recuerdo, todos juntos para registrar en nuestras memorias de Hive, nuestro primer encuentro de Hivers en la ciudad de El Tigre, pero no el único, porque sé que vendrán muchos más.

And we had to take the photo of the memory, all together to record in our Hive memories, our first meeting of Hivers in the city of El Tigre, but not the only one, because I know that many more will come.
