Soy una aprendiz de cantante prácticamente nacida en esta plataforma, ya que la primera vez que canté para un púbico, lo hice hace a penas un mes en ésta, la plataforma más bella del mundo virtual, créanme, aquí descubrí que podía cantar, reír, bailar y disfrutar con una gran familia llamada #hive, amo cantar y quise interpretar para esta comunidad musical tan bonita llamada #soundmusic, le agradezco a @mariajruizb mi hija, haberme presentado esta familia y a @danieldedosd2 por el apoyo para la edición de audio y video. Félix Roberto Manuel Rodríguez Capó (Coamo; 1 de enero de 1921 - Nueva York; 18 de diciembre de 1989) fue un cantautor y músico puertorriqueño-estadounidense, conocido en el ambiente musical como Bobby Capó. Compuso temas universales como Piel canela, entre otros. Su fama se inició cuando grabó como solista con la orquesta del conocido músico español Xavier Cugat. Durante los años de guerra, muy en especial en Puerto Rico y países de Sudamérica, las canciones románticas de Bobby Capó eran tema obligado en las estaciones de radio y eso lo convirtió en un ídolo. Grabó una serie de discos de larga duración, en especial junto a Rogelio Martínez y Lino Frías, director y pianista, respectivamente, de la afamada Sonora Matancera, agrupación con la que Bobby Capó cosechó su mayor fama y popularidad. Con ellos editó Piel Canela, el 1º de abril de 1952, bolero cantado por innumerables intérpretes en todos los géneros.

Félix Roberto Manuel Rodríguez Capó (Coamo; January 1, 1921 - New York; December 18, 1989) was a Puerto Rican-American singer-songwriter and musician, known in the musical environment as Bobby Capó. He composed universal songs such as Piel cinnamon, among others. His fame began when he recorded as a soloist with the orchestra of the well-known Spanish musician Xavier Cugat. During the war years, especially in Puerto Rico and South American countries, Bobby Capó's romantic songs were a must on radio stations and that made him an idol. He recorded a series of long-duration albums, especially with Rogelio Martínez and Lino Frías, director and pianist, respectively, of the famous Sonora Matancera, a group with which Bobby Capó garnered his greatest fame and popularity. With them he edited Piel Canela, on April 1, 1952, a bolero sung by innumerable interpreters in all genres.

Bobby Capó fue director de la Oficina de Puerto en Nueva York en el 1976 y posteriormente director de Relaciones Públicas para la GOYA FOOD CO. en Nueva York. Algunas de sus otras canciones fueron: Luna de miel en Puerto Rico, Soñando con Puerto Rico, Y llorando me dormí y una que fue muy famosa, grabada por Cortijo y su Combo: El Negro Bembón. Falleció en Nueva York en 19893 de un infarto, mientras trabajaba en su oficina de relaciones públicas.

Bobby Capó was director of the Port Office in New York in 1976 and later director of Public Relations for GOYA FOOD CO. In New York. Some of his other songs were: Honeymoon in Puerto Rico, Dreaming of Puerto Rico, And crying I fell asleep and one that was very famous, recorded by Cortijo y su Combo: El Negro Bembón. He died in New York in 19893 of a heart attack, while working in his public relations office.
