Este día fue muy divertido porque literalmente participaron casi todos los atletas que practica Calistenia Street Workout eran nada más, 3 ejercicios, se trataba el que hiciera más de cada repetición, clasificara para la siguiente ronda, claro no solo del que hiciera más, sino de la limpieza.

Los ejercicios eran dominadas fondos en paralelas y sentadillas.
