    Explicacion:
    • Esta fue la rutina del día, fácil y efectiva.

    • Puedes hacerlo un par de veces por semana, no necesitas una gran cantidad de entrenamiento para poderlo hacer.

    • Comienzas con 15 fondos mientras tu amigo mantiene la posición isométrica.

    • Justo después de las repeticiones y la retenciones, haz lo mismo con las flexiones.

    • Puedes alternar entre fluxiones con agarre de diamante y clásica.

    • Después de las series, puedes disminuir las repeticiones y el tiempo de espera (Solo cuando/si es necesario).

    • Descansa unos 60 segundos entre cada serie (A menos que sea un principiante).

    Explanation:
    • This was the routine of the day, easy and effective.

    • You can do it a couple of times a week, you don't need a lot of training to be able to do it.

    • You start with 15 dips while your friend holds the isometric position.

    • Right after the reps and holds, do the same with the push-ups.

    • You can alternate between diamond grip and classic push-ups.

    • After the sets, you can decrease the reps and hold time (only when/if necessary).

    • Rest for about 60 seconds between each set (Unless you are a beginner).
