En esta oportunidad les traigo un resumen y algunos momentos de la competición nacional de Street Workout que fue realizada el pasado 21/10/2023 en el centro comercial Las Américas ubicado en el Estado Aragua-Maracay y tuve la oportunidad de presenciar en vivo lo que fue este gran evento donde atletas de todo el país participan enfrentándose cara a cara para demostrar sus habilidades, destrezas y desempeño en el deporte el cual se han esforzado cada día para superarse.

On this occasion I bring you a summary and some moments of the national Street Workout competition that was held last 10/21/2023 at the Las Américas shopping center located in the State of Aragua-Maracay and I had the opportunity to witness live what this great event was where athletes from all over the country participate, facing each other face to face to demonstrate their abilities, skills and performance in the sport which they have strived every day to improve themselves.

La competición constaba de dos categorías: La categoría profesional y semiprofesional donde se disponía de 2 rondas por versus entre atletas, para la categoría semiprofesional con un tiempo estipulado de 30 segundos por ronda y para profesional 40 segundos. Además, los jurados eran aquellos que se encargaron de calificar el manejo de cada movimiento realizado tanto dinámicos, estáticos, movimientos de poder y combinaciones, el atleta que sumara la mayor cantidad de puntos pasaba a la siguiente fase.

The competition consisted of two categories: The professional and semi-professional category where there were 2 rounds per versus between athletes, for the semi-professional category with a stipulated time of 30 seconds per round and for professional 40 seconds. In addition, the juries were those who were in charge of rating the handling of each movement performed, whether dynamic, static, power movements and combinations.
