Hello friends, today I bring a super short where you will see the most beautiful of my small city called Seixal, as you can see we are a small coastal village and full of beautiful historic houses there are so many things that motivated me to move here and among them was the river that It allows me to do many of my favorite activities, while I record the video with my Mavic2 I have to climb to the highest point of the city at about 80 meters high and from here I can capture from the Tejo River to the historic center!🛫🛫🚩

Hola amigos, hoy traigo un super corto donde veras lo mas hermoso de mi pequeña ciudad llamada Seixal, como puedes ver somos una pequeña aldea costera y llena de hermosas casas historicas hay tantas cosas que me motivaron a mudarme aqui y entre ellas fue el rio que me permite realizar muchas de mis actividades favoritas, mientras grabo el video con mi Mavic2 tengo que subir al punto mas alto de la ciudad a unos 80 metros de altura y desde aqui puedo capturar desde el Rio Tejo hasta el casco historico!🌍🧭

This beautiful park was built on the small mount "Dona Ana", it has an extension of more than 5 hectares, officially the park has three viewpoints that allow you to see the bay and in the farthest distance you can appreciate the 25 de Abril bridge and the central town from Lisbon, and to give you an idea from my house to Lisbon there are about 42km away so the view is spectacular!🧭🏊‍♂️⛲⛲

Este parque bonito fue construido en el pequeño monte "Dona Ana", tiene una extension de mas de 5 hectareas, oficialmente el parque tiene tres miradores que te permiten ver la bahia y a lo mas lejano puedes apreciar el puente 25 de Abril y el casco central de Lisboa, y para que tengas una idea desde mi casa a lisboa hay unos 42km de distancia por tanto la vista es espectacular!🚩🌊🌊

Since I bought my Mavic2 it has become a "toy" that goes with me everywhere, and every day I fall more in love with its functions, I have already piloted it in strong winds and even so it has a lot of resistance! Sometimes I bring my camera and my small telephoto lens to the park and I photograph some waterfowl passing over the city or even better when they are feeding in the park it is a good occasion for birdwatching⛲🚩🌊🏄‍♂️

Desde que me compre mi Mavic2 se ha convertido en un "juguete" que va conmigo a todas partes, y cada dia me enamoro mas de sus funciones, ya lo pilotie con vientos fuertes y aun asi tiene mucha resistencia! a veces traigo mi camara y mi pequeña teleobjetiva al parque y fotografio algunas aves acuaticas que pasan por encima de la ciudad o mejor aun cuando estan alimentandose en el parque es una buena ocasion para hacer birdwatching🌳🌄💚

When I bought my house here in Seixal everyone advised me not to do it because living near the river was something negative at that time I have been here for three years but in summer the mosquitoes made it very difficult to live in the bay however for our luck the municipal chamber did a drainage job in the Bay and the bad smell and mosquitoes disappeared which made the prices of the houses increase too much, when I bought my property I paid 115 thousand euros, now it is valued at 200 thousand, the houses in front of the bay are around 500 thousand !! I have faith that in the near future Seixal will become a luxury area!🌳🤓🐟🐠🦅🐦🦋

Cuando compre mi casa aqui en Seixal todos me aconsejaban a no hacerlo porque vivir cerca del rio era algo negativo en aquel entonces ya tengo aqui tres años pero en verano los mosquitos hacian muy dificil vivir en la bahia sin embargo para nuestra suerte la camara municipal hizo un trabajo de drenaje en la Bahia y el mal olor y mosquitos desaparecieron lo que hizo que los precios de las casas incrementaran demasiado, cuando compre mi propiedad pague 115mil euros, ahora esta valorizada en 200mil, las casas al frente de la bahia rondan los 500mil!! tengo fe que en un futuro proximo Seixal se convierte en una zona de lujo!🏄‍♂️🌊🚩
