Speed Walking and Jogging Consistently

This morning we hit the road for some walking and a little bit of jogging covering a distance of 5.5km. It was exciting for me because it's my first time ever going for a morning walk. My lazy self was very hesitant to get out of bed but @belemo gingered me up and I felt all badass. Well, badass until my stomach started hurting 1.5km in. This is going to take some getting used to.

I did feel refreshed after the walk and wasn't as tired the rest of the day like I usually am. I wanna do this again.
