Un saludo amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC , en esta oportunidad es un placer compartirles un reto propuesto por @whoismota al que he decidido unirme, poniendo a prueba nuestras capacidades, mi nombre es Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina y esta es mi participación.

El reto según el amigo @whoismota consiste en realizar 50 flexiones de pecho bien ejecutadas en menos de 50 segundos.
The challenge according to friend @whoismota is to perform 50 well-executed push-ups in less than 50 seconds.
A su vez, este reto se compone de las siguientes reglas:
In turn, this challenge is made up of the following rules:
- Los brazos deben formar un ángulo de 90° grados durante la flexión.
- Tener las piernas totalmente estiradas.
- No hacer cortes en el vídeo.
- The arms should form a 90° angle during flexion.
- Have your legs fully stretched out.
- Do not make cuts in the video.
Mi experiencia al final del reto fue de satisfacción y superación, pues nunca me había propuesto realizarlo y lo pude concretar de manera exitosa, logrando un tiempo de 43 segundos.
My experience at the end of the challenge was one of satisfaction and improvement, because I had never proposed to do it before and I was able to do it successfully, achieving a time of 43 seconds.
