    SWC hoy es de mi agrado traerles una rutina de Hale para que fortalezcan aumenten y definan su espalda, ademas de que aumentara su resistencia y fuerza de Hale. También les trabajará, afectará y definirá sus biceps.

    SWCtoday it is my pleasure to bring you a Hale routine to strengthen, increase and define your back, as well as increase your Hale endurance and strength. It will also work, affect and define your biceps.

    Explanation

    • Es una rutina para atletas de nivel intermedio.

    • La rutina de hoy consiste de 4 ejercicios Hale, 8 contando con las variaciones.

    • Si la rutina se te es difícil de realizar, puedes reducir la dificultad, número de repeticiones o series.

    • 40-60' segundos de descanso entre series.

    Calentamiento.

    • Antes de realizar esta rutina hagan un poco de acondicionamiento muscular (calentamiento) antes y después de el entrenamiento, para que eviten futuras lesiones o posiblemente algún dolor muscular al realizar el ejercicio o despuès.

    • This is a routine for intermediate level athletes.

    • Today's routine consists of 4 Hale exercises, 8 counting variations.

    • If the routine is difficult for you to perform, you can reduce the number of repetitions, seconds, or number of rounds.

    • 40-60' seconds rest between sets.

    Warming

    • Before performing this routine do some muscle conditioning (warm-up) before and after the workout, to avoid future injuries or possibly some muscle soreness during or after the workout.

    Estos son los ejercicios:

    1.- Muscle Ups + Pull Ups Cerradas + Pull Ups Abiertas.

    5 repeticiones.
    +3 repeticiones.
    +5 repeticiones.

    2.- Shin Ups en L + Shin Ups.

    5 repeticiones.
    +5 repeticiones.

    3.- Dominadas Neutras

    12 repeticiones.

    4.- Australianas en Shin Ups + Australianas en Pull Ups.

    10 repeticiones.
    +5 repeticiones.

    • x4 Series .

    These are the exercises:

    1.- Muscle Ups + Closed Pull Ups + Open Pull Ups.

    5 repetitions.
    +3 repetitions.
    +5 repetitions.

    2.- Shin Ups in L + Shin Ups.

    5 repetitions.
    +5 repetitions.

    3.- Neutral Pull Ups.

    12 repetitions.

    4.- Australian Shin Ups + Australian Pull Ups.

    10 repetitions.
    +5 repetitions.

    x4 Sets.
