Se suponía que íbamos a estar pocas semanas en esta ciudad. Entre cosa y cosa terminamos pasando varios meses, y todos estuvieron muy entretenidos.

Llegamos a Chiclayo para la segunda semana de Agosto del presente año. Nos sorprendió lo bonito del lugar, sobre todo los alrededores de la Plaza de Armas, con esos edificios de época bien decorados. En el mercado principal también me pareció que estaba todo bien organizado.

Quería hacer contenido sobre el mercado principal, de hecho. Pasa a formar parte de la larga lista de contenidos que quería hacer sobre un lugar y luego ya me fui. Y bueno, cosas que pasan cuando suceden!

En este vídeo les muestro un poco de lo que sí pudimos hacer y sobre todo de lo que sí pudimos conocer antes de continuar nuestro viaje a través de esas lindas tierras lambayecanas. Un poco de todo para que no se aburran jeje...

We were only supposed to be in this city for a few weeks. In between things we ended up spending several months, and everyone was very entertaining.

We arrived in Chiclayo for the second week of August this year. We were surprised by the beauty of the place, especially around the Plaza de Armas, with those well-decorated period buildings. In the main market I also found that everything was well organized.

I wanted to do content about the main market, in fact. It becomes part of the long list of content I wanted to do about a place and then I left. And well, things happen when they happen!

In this video I show you a little of what we were able to do and especially what we were able to see before continuing our journey through those beautiful lands of Lambayeque. A little bit of everything so you don't get bored hehe....

También aprovechamos la ocasión para visitar centros comerciales y cosas un poco menos... Rurales, digamos. Es que la verdad teníamos tiempo sin ir a un centro comercial de esos masivos que hay en las ciudades más grandes.

Es un tipo de experiencia que se disfruta también, sobre todo si viene con pizza.

We also took the opportunity to visit shopping malls and things a little less... Rural, let's say. The truth is that we hadn't been to one of those massive malls in the bigger cities for a long time.

It is a kind of experience that is also enjoyable, especially if it comes with pizza.

También tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer varios museos, como el museo de Tumbas Reales de Sipán que estuvo increíble y el Museo de Sitio Huaca Rajada que es otra experiencia diferente que realmente te hace adentrarte un poco más en aquellos tiempos, además es bastante realista.

We also had the opportunity to visit several museums, such as the Royal Tombs of Sipan museum which was amazing and the Huaca Rajada Site Museum which is another different experience that really makes you go a little deeper into those times, it is also quite realistic.
