Hoy en mi practica de yoga mi intención fue la del sentir...
sentir el presente, es una de las cosas que mas me cuesta dominar o mejor dicho desarrollar,
en mi practica sentí sol, observe el cielo..
Percibí mis latidos del corazón, a que ritmo iban..
Sentí mi respiración, mi inhalación y mi exhalación..
Aveces llevar nuestra atención a la respiración nos hace mantenernos en el presente..y así fue.
En mi practica sentí que me reinvente..
Me siento agradecida .
