La Plancha trabaja la Zona abdominal y como a mi no me gusta hacer ejercicios de este estilo me va perfecto, ademas de que también involucra otros músculos como los gluteos, la espalda, los brazos, los hombros, las piernas y el pecho, tiene muchos beneficios porque mejora la postura y el equilibrio, genera mucha más resistencia y fuerza lo que es fundamental para una vida saludable

The Plancha works the abdominal area and as I do not like to do exercises of this style it is perfect for me, besides that it also involves other muscles such as the buttocks, back, arms, shoulders, legs and chest, it has many benefits because it improves posture and balance, generates much more resistance and strength which is essential for a healthy life.
