    Un saludo amistoso queridos Hivers, me da mucho gusto estar una vez más con ustedes compartiendo en este maravilloso espacio deportivo. Hoy estoy muy feliz porque les traje una rutina que seguro les encantara, se trata de un entrenamiento para el abdomen utilizando una Fitball. Así que si tienen una de estas en casa les invito a entrenar conmigo.

    Para los que no saben la Fitball es una pelota de ejercicio, que representa un excelente recurso para trabajar todos los grupos musculares del cuerpo, asistiendo y facilitando los ejercicios de peso corporal, de flexibilidad y equilibrio. Pero además se puede utilizar para realizar rutinas cardiovasculares en las que se entrena también la coordinación.

    El entrenamiento de hoy está conformado por tres ejercicios enfocados en el abdomen, todo esto y mucho mas se puede realizar con esta maravillosa pelota. Aunque parece fácil dominar la Fitball requiere de esfuerzo y disciplina, pero vale la pena invertirle nuestro tiempo y dedicación, ya que es un recurso muy útil.

    Espero les guste este trabajo que he hecho con mucho cariño para ustedes. Yo me divertí bastante realizando esta rutina, en el video verán a detalle los ejercicios y el tiempo, las repeticiones y las series recomendadas. Un abrazo, hasta pronto.
