Friendly greetings dear Hivers, it is a pleasure for me to post in this interesting community I am discovering. I have not long been part of this platform and I am more and more amazed by the communities I find. One of the things I love is to know that monthly they will propose a theme, so that we creators can focus our talent, or skills on it. This is wonderful for me because I think I will be able to focus my drawing desires on each of these themes.

I learned to draw a long time ago, it is one of the things I enjoy the most, but contradictorily I don't dedicate much time to it because I am always wrapped up in the tasks of the day and drawing requires dedication, patience and time. But here I am thanks to this initiative doing one of the things I love the most, after such a long time.

To make this flower I only needed a white sheet, a pencil, an eraser and seven different color pencils: yellow, orange, terracotta, red, green, black and white. Of course the yellow color is the main color of the flower, the orange, terracotta, red and black I used for the shadows; the white for the lights and finally the green for the branches. I also erased a little in some areas at the end to accentuate the luminosity.

I usually start with the light colors, later I add the shadows progressively. I do not use saturated shadows and lights, because the colored pencils I have are not professional and are not easy to blend. As for the black color it is necessary to use it very carefully, because if it is not well managed its application could dirty the work.

This was a very simple work but done with a lot of love, with all the good vibes that I have when I draw. You can see every moment of the process in the video. I hope you like it, it was a pleasure to be part of the initiative of the month.

Un saludo amistoso queridos Hivers, es un placer para mí publicar en esta interesante comunidad que estoy descubriendo. No tengo mucho tiempo formando parte de esta plataforma y cada vez me sorprenden más las comunidades que encuentro. Una de las cosas que adore es saber que mensualmente propondrán un tema, para que los creadores enfoquemos nuestro talento, o habilidades en él. Esto me resulta maravilloso porque creo que podre enfocar mis deseos de dibujar en cada uno de estos temas.

Hace mucho tiempo que aprendí a dibujar, es una de las cosas que más disfruto, contradictoriamente no le dedico mucho tiempo pues siempre me veo arropada por las tareas del día y pues dibujar requiere de dedicación, paciencia y tiempo. Pero aquí estoy gracias a esta iniciativa haciendo una de las cosas que más amo, después de tanto tiempo.

Para realizar esta flor solo necesite una hoja blanca, un lápiz, un borrador y siente lápices de colores distintos: amarillo, naranja, terracota, rojo, verde, negro y blanco. Por supuesto el color amarillo es el color principal de la flor, el naranja, terracota, rojo y negro lo use para las sombras; el blanco para las luces y por último el verde para las ramas. También borre un poco en algunas áreas al final para acentuar la luminosidad.

Acostumbro a comenzar con los colores claros, más tarde agrego las sombras de manera progresiva. No utilizo sombres y luces saturadas, pues los lápices de color que tengo no son profesionales y no son fáciles de mezclar. En cuanto al color negro es necesario usarlo con mucho cuidado, pues si no se administra bien su aplicación podría ensuciar el trabajo.

Este fue un trabajo muy sencillo pero hecho con mucho amor, con todas las buenas vibres que imprimo a la hora de dibujar. Podrán ver cada momento del proceso en el vídeo. Espero les guste, fue un placer formar parte de la iniciativa del mes.
