Cantar para no llorar, es mi terapia ❤️‍🩹

Generalmente muestro mucho de lo bonito que me ocurre, siempre saco el lado positivo y si no es así vengo con una reflexión. Pero hoy es diferente, hoy sinceramente me dejé hundir, llore varias veces pero lo bueno de tener un salvavidas que te asegura de que vas a estar mejor

Resulta que sufro de la tiroides, cosa que regula muchas cosas en la mujer, tengo tratamiento y todo eso lo cumplo al pie de la letra, pero aun así luego de un año de mi última consulta empecé a sentir dolor en mis muñecas y pies. No eran tan seguidos y como se que eran parte de los síntomas no me preocupe tanto, pasaron unas semanas y hoy de alguna forma colapse he tenido que estar de reposo alejada del teléfono y acostada

Como la tiroides también afecta mi estado de ánimo llegando hasta causarme depresión he llorado mucho, por dolor en mis articulaciones y por sentirme muy triste, se que todo esto va a pasar, el lunes tengo que salir averiguar de algunos exámenes, eco y contactar a mi doctora.
