    Hoy amanecí con dolor de espalda y me dije: "Esto no es posible". El dolor se ubica en la zona baja de la espalda, la zona lumbar (me siento una señora mayor).

    Y no es porque no me pase frecuentemente, es porque no creo haber dormido en ninguna posición incómoda, y esperaba amanecer con energía para las actividades que debo hacer hoy.

    Me puse a hacer el video del reto de las sentadillas que pasaron por el grupo de #HiveRun...

    Pero, adivinen.

    Por más que hice pruebas para salir completa en el video, el teléfono se movió aparentemente y se cortó.

    Hice 80 sentadillas seguidas. Pensé que no lo lograría. En fin, igual subí el video por el grupo de WhatsApp.

    En cuanto al dolor de espalda, me puse a googlear al respecto, y puse el primer video que me salió de YouTube.

    Por cierto, morí de risa con el primer comentario:

    Creo que no soy joven desde los 14, de hecho, pero en fin...

    Este video se compone de los dos ejercicios que hice, con explicación de cómo hacerlos.

    Después de las repeticiones que hice ya no notaba tanto el dolor si me quedaba quieta.

    I got around to making the video of the squat challenge that went through the #HiveRun group....

    But guess what?

    As much as I tested to get full on the video, the phone apparently moved and cut out.

    I did 80 squats in a row. I thought I wasn't going to make it. Anyway, I still uploaded the video on the WhatsApp group.

    As for the back pain, I started googling about it, and I put the first video that came up from YouTube.

    I don't think I've been young since I was 14, actually, but anyway....

    This video consists of the two exercises I did, with an explanation of how to do them.

    After the repetitions I did I didn't notice the pain so much if I stood still.
