Street Workout Community El dia de hoy vamos a entrenar lo que es el cardio, vamos a hacerlo por estaciones, queria que vieran todo el proceso seguido pero donde grabo siempre pasan personas o entran y me toca cortar la grabacion pero la intension de esta rutina es hacerla toda seguida unas 3 a 4 vueltas para finalizarla, entre vuelta descansaremos 1 minuto y las repeticiones la pueden poner a su gusto o pueden colocar tiempo.
