Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻♂️🙌🏻.
Hoy les comparto mi inicio de esta semana, que en este caso fue de "push Up" (5 de febrero 2024). Como podrán ver, he mostrado cierta mejoría más que todo en las "push Up en full planche", en que logré hacer 6 "push up". Con respecto a lo demás estuvo regular, siendo los siguientes: Prueba de resistencia en "full planche", en que logre llegar a los 11 segundos y medio;
"Push Up en Full planche" en suelo con las manos en posición "supina", aún no lo logro completar de forma sólida; Combo de suelo con "full maltese planche", se me dificultó la "press" a parada de manos; Resistencia en "full maltese planche", a duras penas llegué a los 2 segundos y medio.
A pesar de que no hubo un gran avance de inicio de esta semana, aun así considero que estuvo bueno a "experiencia".

Although there was no great progress at the beginning of this week, I still consider it was a good "experience".
