Les comparto algunas grabaciones que capturé de mi entrenamiento de combos (22 de febrero 2024). A pesar de que por la mañana troté con mis compañeros de entrenamiento, aun así decidí cumplir "valga la redundancia" este entrenamiento de combos en que al menos hubo algunas mejoras como: un mejor entendimiento del "swing 540" y "pasa vallas"; y logré completar un combo en la barra fija. Como pudieron ver en el vídeo, intenté pasar de "parada de manos" luego pasando a "straddle planche" hasta "full planche" pero no salió tan bien que digamos, pero al menos se intentó, que es lo importante.

I share with you some recordings I captured from my combos training (February 22, 2024). Even though I jogged in the morning with my training partners, I still decided to complete "worth the redundancy" this combo workout in which at least there were some improvements such as: a better understanding of the "540 swing" and "over hurdles"; and I managed to complete a combo on the fixed bar. As you could see in the video, I tried to go from handstand to straddle planche to full planche, but it didn't work out so well, but at least I tried, which is the important thing.
