PukuGreetings to all my pukufriends of Hive and PukuMundo. I present you my second part of this new video series recorded at GYM and edited in the PukuEstudio titled: PUKUMUNDO TRAINING EP9 - PukuTraining At Gym and Home: Back/Cardio - VZLA-2023.
For health reasons and to lead a healthier life I have been able to reactivate myself in training, with my dumbbells, my old belts, and other training items I have in my house, I will bring you a new series of videos to give some training tips on the street, at home or in the gym, in a new section of the PukuMundo entitled PukuMundo Training, label: PKMT, where rock music accompanied by workouts and which will be uploaded on weekends, I hope you like this new content that we will bring in the PukuMundo Community.

In the video we are going to find a gym workout for back, to define the muscles therefore we will do a serie of 4x10 indicated in the video. I also recorded part of the route I do to go to the gym and back, which I count as cardio and I also recommend walking a lot daily, and briefly accompany me to make my ascent of the 17 floors of my building since we ran out of elevator, but it served me to perform cardio and complement my training, both downhill and uphill!

Por motivos de salud y para llevar una vida mas sana he podido reactivarme en los entrenamientos, con mis mancuernas, mis antiguas fajas, y demás objetos de entrenamiento que tengo en mi casa, les traeré una nueva serie de videos para dar algunos tips de entrenamiento en la calle, en la casa o en el gimnasio, en una nueva sección del PukuMundo titulada PukuMundo Training, etiqueta: PKMT, en donde la música rock acompañada de los entrenamientos y los cuales serán subidos los fines de semana, espero que les agrade este nuevo contenido que traeremos en la Pukucomunidad.

En el video vamos a encontrar un entrenamiento de espalda, para definir los músculos de esa zona, serie de 4x10 indicadas en el video. También grabe parte del recorrido que hago para ir el gimnasio y regresarme, que eso lo cuento como cardio y también recomiendo caminar mucho diariamente, y me acompañan brevemente a realizar mi subida de los 17 pisos de mi edificio ya que nos quedamos sin ascensor, pero a mi me sirvió para realizar cardio y complementar mi entrenamiento, tanto la bajada como la subida!
