Hello my dear #Hive Champions and SWC, how are you today? I hope you are super well, for today I want to share with all of you a routine that I create based on combinations of push-ups, when we combine 2 different types of push-ups the level of difficulty usually rises a lot so we are going to train in a way more effective.
En esta rutina para comenzar combiné las Flexiones Diamante con las Flexiones de lado a lado para comenzar calentando y hacer entrar el cuerpo en calor, seguido de ellas combine las Flexiones Normales con las Spider Push-Ups que ya estás cuestan un poco más de realizar y por último para terminar de una forma explosiva combine las Flexiones Espartanas con Las Flexiones con Aplauso.
Vamos a estar realizando 12 Repeticiones de estos 4 ejercicios dejando tan solo 1 minuto de descanso entre cada ejercicio, no más que eso para así entrenar de una forma intensa.
Esta Rutina la debemos repetir 4 veces.
In this routine to start I combined the Diamond Pushups with the Side to Side Pushups to start warming up and warm up the body, followed by them combine the Normal Pushups with the Spider Push-Ups that are already cost a little more to perform and Finally, to finish in an explosive way, combine the Spartan Push-ups with The Applause Push-ups.
We are going to be doing 12 repetitions of these 4 exercises leaving only 1 minute of rest between each exercise, no more than that in order to train in an intense way.
We must repeat this routine 4 times.
• Ejercicio #1: Flexiones de Lado a Lado.
12 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #1: Side to Side Push-ups.
12 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #2: Flexiones diamante + de lado a lado.
12 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #2: Diamond push-ups + side to side.
12 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #3: Flexiones normales + spider.
12 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #3: Normal push-ups + spider.
12 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #4: Flexiones espartanas + aplauso.
12 Repeticiones.
• Exercise #4: Spartan push-ups + applause.
12 Repetitions.
